Mr. Dagley has served as President, Heating and Hot Water Solutions since July 2016. Mr. Dagley previously worked at Johnson Controls International plc from 2003 to 2016, during which time he served as Vice President, Product Sales from 2015 to 2016, Vice President, Strategic Business Development and Channel Offerings from 2013 to 2015, Vice President, Marketing and Strategy from 2007 to 2013, and several other managerial roles of progressive responsibility. Johnson Controls is a leader in engineering, manufacturing, commissioning, and retrofitting building products and systems, including residential and commercial heating, ventilating, air-conditioning equipment, industrial refrigeration systems, controls, security systems, fire-detection systems, and fire-suppression solutions. Prior to Johnson Controls, Mr. Dagley served as National Account Manager at FieldCentrix Enterprise and held several managerial roles of progressive responsibility at York International Corporation. Mr. Dagley also served as a Captain in the United States Air Force from 1989 to 1992. Mr. Dagley is a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP).
